This Easter Sunday was very special for me. After my morning spiritual meditation group, I had my regular 20 minute chair massage at Whole Foods. Returned home to work for about 2 hours. Went to the gym to swim and sat in the Sauna for 20 minutes. Stopped to eat a wonderful dinner. Returned home and saw the link to your hypnosis tape. A perfect finish to a perfect day. in fact, I will remember to use that tape on those not so perfect days when I am all stressed out, have clients scheduled and work due, and cannot get away at all. Thank you for this lovely gift.

Thanks for commenting Eddie, you’re so right it is rather easy to get thrown off track from our day’s schedule with what seems like a very small distraction. And being mindful of the choices we are making as we make them is important.

Prioritising what we have to do, planning over a medium and longer term horizon, and then following through on our plans can help with working through some of the overwhelm it is natural to feel when developing an online business. I hope the session helps you with taking more action on your plans, and off course with enjoying and having fun with the whole process which is so crucial to staying motivated and productive.
